Processing & Dispatch Times

Remote Areas, Heavy & Bulky Items

Tracking, Missed Deliveries & Safe Place
- Use the tracking link in your dispatch email (or Order Tracking).
- If you miss a delivery, your carrier will leave a card or email with re-delivery/collection options.
- Choosing a safe place/neighbor is at your discretion; liability passes once delivered to your chosen location.
Address Changes & Order Edits
If you’ve made a mistake, please email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with the subject line URGENT: Address Change and your order number. We can update details until your label is printed; after that, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
- Delayed: Most delayed parcels arrive within 48 hours. If yours hasn’t moved for {{DELAY_THRESHOLD}} working days, contact us.
- Lost: We consider a parcel lost after the carrier’s investigation window (typically {{LOST_WINDOW}} working days from last scan). We’ll replace or refund promptly.
- Damaged: Please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within {{DAMAGE_REPORT_DAYS}} days so we can put it right.
