We pack every order with care and ship using trusted partners across the UK and worldwide. Choose the option that suits you best at checkout — all services include tracking.

Dispatch times: Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday usually ship the same day. Orders after this time or on weekends/bank holidays ship the next working day.
Free UK delivery: Enjoy free Standard (Tracked 48) on orders over £40. Fees for other services shown at checkout.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using a network of trusted partners. The best service is selected automatically at checkout based on your location, parcel size and weight.

  • Carriers: Royal Mail International, DPD, DHL, FedEx and other vetted partners (varies by destination).
  • Costs: Calculated at checkout by country/weight — shown before you pay.
  • Delivery times: Typically 5–15 working days, subject to customs clearance.
  • Duties & taxes: Some countries charge import VAT/duties/handling fees. These are paid by the recipient and vary by destination.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email your tracking link (and text it if selected). You can also view tracking in your account using your order number and email address.

Delays & Exceptions
During peak seasons or severe weather
Couriers may experience network delays. Most late parcels arrive within 48 hours of the estimated date. If there’s no movement for 7 working days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Remote areas & access issues
Certain postcodes and remote locations may take longer or require an alternative service. Safe-place instructions can be added at checkout for some couriers.
Address changes after checkout
If your label hasn’t printed, we can amend the address — message us immediately with “URGENT: Address change – Order #”. After dispatch, reroutes aren’t guaranteed but we’ll try with the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcels
Please photograph any damage (outer packaging and item) and contact us within 7 days. Lost-in-transit claims are raised with the courier; if confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund promptly.
