Welcome to snuggery.co.uk. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and to any purchases you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1) About these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version shown here at purchase applies to your order. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.

These Terms are in English and governed by the laws of England & Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

2) Using our website
  • Content is provided “as is” for general information. We aim to keep details accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee availability, completeness, or error-free operation.
  • Colours may vary due to device/browser settings.
  • You must not misuse the site (upload harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape, or use it for unlawful purposes).
  • Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content or policies.
3) Account & eligibility
  • You must be 18+ to place orders.
  • Keep your login details confidential and notify us of any suspected breach.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
4) Products, pricing & VAT
  • Product images, descriptions, sizes and care guidance are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur.
  • Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before you place an order.
  • Obvious pricing errors: if discovered after you order, we’ll contact you to reconfirm or cancel with a full refund.
5) Orders & contract formation
  1. You submit an order at checkout; you’ll receive an acknowledgement email.
  2. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation email—at that point a contract is formed.
  3. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., out of stock, payment not authorised, pricing/description error). Any payments taken will be refunded.
6) Payment
  • We accept major cards, PayPal and (if available) Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Klarna and Clearpay.
  • Where BNPL is chosen, the provider conducts its own checks and sets repayment schedules. See the provider’s terms and privacy notice.
  • All payments are subject to fraud screening and authorisation by your provider.
7) Delivery
  • Delivery options, timeframes and costs are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Information page.
  • Times are estimates once dispatched. We’re not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
  • Risk passes to you on delivery to the address or safe place you select.
8) Your right to cancel (UK distance selling)
  • You may cancel your online order within 14 days of delivery. Tell us clearly within 14 days, then return goods within the next 14 days.
  • We refund the product price and the standard delivery cost (not premium/express upgrades) within statutory timeframes.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., pillows, duvets, toppers, protectors) must be unopened/sealed to cancel unless faulty.

9) Returns, refunds & faulty goods
  • Change-of-mind returns: within {{RETURNS_WINDOW}} days, unused and in resaleable condition with original packaging.
  • Faulty/incorrect items: you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us within {{FAULTY_REPORT_DAYS}} days with photos; we’ll arrange a prepaid return where appropriate.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (typically within {{REFUND_DAYS}} working days); your bank may add processing time.

10) Promotions, discount codes & events
  • Unless stated, promotional codes apply to full-priced items only, one code per order, not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Promotions may exclude certain products, collections or services (e.g., gift cards, delivery).
  • If you return items from a promotional order, your refund may be adjusted to reflect eligibility after the return.

Example: Black Friday terms (edit as needed)

  • Product-based codes: e.g., 10% / 15% / 20% off selected categories. {{IF_COMBINABLE_MESSAGE — e.g., “Product-based codes may be combined with each other where specified.”}}
  • Quantity-based offers: up to X% off based on basket quantity (auto-applied). Not combinable with minimum-spend or product-based codes unless stated.
  • Minimum-spend codes: e.g., 25% off £150+, 30% off £250+, etc. Not combinable with quantity-based or product-based codes unless stated.
  • Only one type of offer usually applies per order (product-based vs quantity-based vs minimum-spend), unless we explicitly state otherwise.
11) Gift cards
  • Gift cards are valid for {{GIFT_CARD_VALIDITY, e.g., 24 months}} from purchase and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash unless required by law.
  • Treat gift cards like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
12) Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, graphics, logos, product names and layout) is owned by or licensed to Snuggery and protected by UK and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, publish or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

13) Reviews & user content
  • By submitting reviews, photos or comments you grant Snuggery a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content on our channels.
  • Do not post unlawful, defamatory, infringing or misleading content. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these standards.
14) Liability
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability which cannot be limited by law.
  • Subject to the above, we’re not liable for: loss of revenue, profits, data, business or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or delays outside our control.
15) Events outside our control

We’re not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier delays, extreme weather, utility failures). We’ll take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.
